Complementary Therapies


Complementary therapies treat the whole person on multiple levels, not just the symptoms of an illness, by looking at all aspects of a person’s health - emotional, physical, mental and spiritual. These therapies can bring any imbalances back into alignment and allow the person to become well again. Healing may happen on some or all levels. They also promote calm, relieve stress and can be a deeply relaxing experience for the entire system.



Aromatherapy Massage 
(60 mins)

Aromatherapy is a holistic massage that uses essential oils, extracted from plants, to improve physical and psychological health. Aromatherapy is a great treatment for people suffering with stress which is often a cause of many illnesses. Some of the health benefits of an aromatherapy massage include its ability to reduce stress, relieve PMS, ease or eliminate headaches, aid sleep, strengthen the immune system, improve digestion, reduce pain and increase circulation.


Reflexology (60 mins)

Reflexology is a non-invasive and gentle therapy that encourages the body to balance and heal itself. The feet are mirrors of the body and during a treatment finger or thumb pressure will be applied to specific points or “reflexes” on the feet.   These reflexes mirror the organs and structures of the body as well as a person’s emotional health.


Rahanni Celestial Healing (45 mins)

Rahanni Celestial Healing is a hands on healing therapy that is a gentle, yet effective therapy that heals very deeply. Rahanni calms the mind which reduces stress and tension in the body. It restores balance to the mind, body and soul and opens the heart centre to Truth, Love and Compassion and it releases all fear based thoughts and actions.


Reiki (50 – 60 mins)

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. This universal energy encourages emotional and/or physical healing, promotes relaxation and reduces stress.


Indian Head Massage (45 mins)

Indian Head Massage is a holistic therapy that treats the head, neck and shoulders. It is deeply relaxing, relieves muscle tension and fatigue and can help relieve tension headaches. It also balances our crown, third eye and throat chakras.


Body Massage/Swedish Massage (45 mins)

One of the primary goals of body massage is to relax the entire body. It is also exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, improving circulation and relieving muscle fatigue, soreness and stiffness. It helps reduce tension and the effects of stress and also relaxes the mind, thereby reducing anxiety and its effects.
